About this Article
I started MYNDY because I needed it, and still do. So do my clients, friends, and family; executives, middle managers, directors, and anyone who has 73 mental windows (as we like to call them) open at any one time. Sound familiar?
Mental fitness is the practice of doing small exercises to improve your mindset, so that you can build focus, energy and resilience into your day-to-day. We’re helping people work on their minds in the same way they work on their bodies - on a regular basis, with small steps, in an actually do-able and sustainable way. Sometimes a mental fitness practice can be a complete overhaul of a routine, but more often than not, it’s an impactful collection of small exercises or routines that you do regularly to build the right mental patterns daily.
Exhaustion, stress, lack of focus, negativity, sense of never shutting off … doesn’t stop. It’s real and the tools we have aren’t working. When you google “how to manage stress” there are great lists of things that pop up to do, but they are long, and it’s not clear how to fit them into your life. Also, we know when the brain is tired, it’s hard to do new things, make decisions and just think well. Forget starting new habits…
Personally, whenever I was feeling stressed or found myself thinking, "there has to be a better way", I kept going back into therapy (so helpful to talk through big life things and human moments), signing up for running races (great to have a goal), or downloading countless applications (some great but they failed to stick). The results? Temporary. When I spoke to friends, colleagues, strangers ... they all said the same thing.
We built MYNDY to help you take care of your mind a little bit each day so that it can take care of you - so you can feel focused, energized, and in control. Research shows that it doesn’t take much work to make an outsized impact on the way your brain feels. It can just be challenging to get started alone.
We’ve got you!

"MYNDY was the most transformational and effective mindfulness practice I have EVER done. I've tried several meditation apps but could never stick with it and did not see results. I was nearing burnout when I started Myndy, and by the end of the first week my whole mindset and energy shifted. I would highly recommend using Myndy if you want to develop healthier mental fitness habits - it truly transformed how I view and manage stress." - Amanda, Founder and CEO
